About us
pit crew GmbH was founded by Jan Kubkowski in 2014 after he had already been organizing & handling picture vehicles for various productions since 2006. The understanding of two divisions was fundamental here: Film production and mobility.
From the very beginning, we were interested in expanding our network beyond Germany and today we have wide-ranging international contacts, reliable business partners and a constantly growing number of customers.

Picture Vehicle Coordination
Do you need technical advice or any help with the vehicles for your project? Starting with research, budgeting or picture vehicle coordination - we offer full service.
Whether it´s a feature film, a TV-show, a photo shoot or an event - we are the one-stop shop for picture vehicles. Feel free to contact us anytime.
Rental
We have a variety of our own vehicles of all periods.
Furthermore we have a vast international network of private and commercial contacts to organize a numerous range of vehicles.
Logistics
As experts in logistics, we ensure safe, on-time and on-budget vehicle deliveries, regardless of size, weight or distance. No matter if it is an open or a closed transport, we take care about your needs and guarantee professional handling & security for every vehicle during transport.
On Set Support
We do not only provide vehicles, but also the required crew. We provide experienced mechanics and wranglers to make sure everything works on set & behind the scenes. In addition to that, we have a pool of experienced drivers for classic and modern picture vehicles.
Whether it is a truck, a car, a motorcycle, a boat or a helicopter – we handle it safely.
Workshop
You have your own concepts and requirements? Starting with the design, ending with the assembly - we are standing by to support you.
Creative custom works, mockups or modifications are our passion – we are looking forward to your ideas.
Props & Equipment
Do you need a historic or special accessory for your vehicles?
We have a selection of common props such as license plates, roof signs, flashing lights, light bars and special equipment – feel free to contact us.
